Excellent customer service and fast turn around time. They keep my computers running top notch and I only trust them with my sensitive data. It is nice to walk into a computer store that has a wall full of certifications, I know that the person that I am trusting my data with is well versed in the field and not some part time teenage employee with no technical education. I have been burned several times by the "My son is a super whiz on the computer, he can fix it for you cheap!" only to end up loosing my data and costing me a computer. I highly recommend the Computer Clinic team to anyone and everyone!!

Computer Clinic cleaned up the mess I had made on my computer by responding to an email and gave it a good tune up! They did a wonderful job! My computer runs like a new one! They were very quick to get it done too! Very friendly and helpful!

Josh worked on my pc. Just needed a good cleaning and wipe on the hard drives. Came back to get my pc and he noticed I was only using 5 cores instead of all 8. Came home to what felt like a brand new computer! Highly recommend. Nice guy. Good price.

Went there to explain pc problem and said I had been speaking with a tech from Microsoft. This Brad fellow said they did not offer such support. I showed him telephone number and he proceeded to tell me it was a fake. After contacting Microsoft in St.Louis I found out he was wrong in both categories. I think there is some confusion. Microsoft does offer phone tech support. No scam. It has been verified by another local tech person along with the two Microsoft stores in Kansas City and St. Louis. The telephone 800 number is not a fake. Nobody ever contacted me through emails. I got an email directly from Microsoft offering tech instructions after I called them.
