The people at Computer City are electronics wizards. Seriously, they can fix anything. Both hardware and software issues. I had a new keyboard and Wi-Fi card installed on my laptop. It works perfectly now. They repair computer, cell phones, game consols, all of it. They get your electronics back to you quickly and at a reasonable price. Eufaula is lucky to have these guys !!!

10/10 would not recommend. I gave him my computer around June 19th and he stated my computer would be fixed around that Friday. If not then, it would've been around that monday. Then it changed to a Friday. I bought a computer screen and battery replacement to get that out the way before it went into the shop. Now here we are July 10. He states that I have the wrong screen okay that's perfectly fine. Then he says I replaced your battery, it would be $60. At this point I just wanted my computer back. I give him the $60 and he later tells me that he didn't actually put it in. He disassembled my computer screen from the computer and didn't bother even putting my old one back on. He shoved everything in a box. By July 5, my grandmother went in and they stated that he hadn't touched my computer yet. I paid $60 for a screen being taken off and apparently diagnostics, when I knew completely what was wrong with my computer. And later wanted to charge me another $300+ dollars for another screen and labor charges. Not professional at all or punctual. As far as receiving any voicemail that is false. I have received zero and will show.⁶

For over a month, I wasn't able to fully charge my phone. At night, I'd have to manipulate the charger and hold the cord just at the right angle in order for me to get a charge. What a hassle! I eventually took the phone back to MetroPCS and was told that there was nothing that could be done and I'd simply have to buy a new phone. Well I wasn't satisfied with that.
Then I remembered there's a Computer City in Eufaula, Alabama. I'd received excellent service from them before and thought I should drop in again. I am so glad I did.
The owner, Shawn, was phenomenal! He personally repaired my charging port himself. He was empathetic and understood that I needed a working phone and could not afford to buy a new one. So he assured me he'd repair it the same day while I waited for it. Talk about excellent customer service! I would highly recommend Computer City to anyone. The service and prices are unbeatable. I will happily be a loyal customer for years to come. Thank you.?
