Management (Whitney specifically) treats staff and the community very poorly, there is news articles proving the fact. She is a condescending person who has no respect for anyone else. She does more harm than help to this community and looks terribly wrong for CAP with how she treats the community.

I was on thier website and was looking how to weatherization of my trailer. It said contact your local office. Went to the main office on 36th street. The 2 ladies in there were rude and acted like it was a chore to help me. One was on the phone was very rude to the person on the other end was told I had to call a number.

Me and my boyfriend went here to get information on the weatherization program. When some lady asked what we wanted she snapped at us and said for us to call a phone number. The one lady was on the phone and snap at the person for asking and what they needed. The website said for us to talk to the local agency. If they are supposed to help people they need to get the chip off their shoulder. They grab people paperwork and act like How dare you come here. I hope they need help some day and they get the same treatment.

Not very friendly. I called ahead of time to see what all I needed to bring with me when I needed help with my Spire gas bill, and not once did anyone tell me I needed my KCP&L bill. When I got there I filled out an application and was taken back to a room with an unpleasant girl by the name of Heidi. She asked me for both bills which I only had my gas bill because I was not in need of assistance with my electric one. She was snotty the entire time which my special needs son whom was with me, noticed as well. I am sorry that I couldn't pay my gas bill, but I not only have 1 special needs child at home, I have 2! I am a single mother of 2 autistic children and I am trying my best! Her attitude was unprofessional to say the least! I have heard bad things about the employees at this office before and whomever the office manager is, or the coordinator of the program is, please have a talk with Heidi. I felt bad that I needed assistance in the 1st place, but then have a nasty employee assist me, just made me feel worse!

Very helpful and everyone is so respectful. They do their best to help others as much as they can. I appreciate everyone that works here alot for the help ive gotten from them. They are amazing and its nice and clean.
