Faith was super nice and helpful, she retrieved information about getting me set, that I had not thought about which turned out to be helpful. Called me back to confirm setup options and gave me opportunities to make changes if I wanted.
The day of installed went smooth. Greg and the other technician (can’t remember his name) ran the new line exactly were I wanted it, which was l little bit out of the way. They did a great job and asked me several times if everything was good before they left.

We have used Colorado Valley Communications for many years and always had the Internet connection up and running via antenna. They recently added fiber optic cable right near our house so we had them connect us with the fiber of the future! They used a boring machine to lay the fiber optic cable through our yard so they didn’t even have to dig a trench. Later, they came and connected the fiber optic cable into our home. The Internet speed has vastly improved and we are enjoying the faster Internet. All of the professionals at Colorado Valley Communications I worked with were outstanding and very customer service oriented. Thank you, Colorado Valley Communications, for investing in our small community like you did!

The installation of fiber internet was done with skill and expertise. Chris fixed up the lines in a way that our dogs will not be tempted to chew on them. The guys were careful and quick. Chris did a great job explaining the network to me and helped with ideas to branch service to our garage.

Interactions with office personnel including right of way agreement, survey contractor, fiber installation contractor, Colorado employees who pulled the fiber into the house and hooked it up were awesome. Glad we waited on fiber to be available at our new home. Employees all seem to be happy employees who like their jobs. Even the technicians who have to assist over the phone were AWESOME

I am very happy with Colorado Valley Communication because they were very nice, helpful and supportive people. The team of technicians that came to the house were very professional and thorough. I highly appreciate them and highly recommend them from the team of technician’s to the office personnel. We are so excited to now have fiber optics! We have been waiting since we built our home in 2021. The installation experience was easy once it became available. The installers were friendly and offered excellent service. I definitely recommend Colorado Valley Communications!!!
