I have spent the last hour or so bawling my eyes out... but only happy tears!
This past Saturday I was trying to transfer files from our 22 year old laptop when my worst fear happened... it crashed and crashed hard!!! Thousands of picture memories wiped away in only a moment. I was completely devasted and called Coldwell Communications to see if they could help. Michael, the owner, was at my house that afternoon and took my laptop to see what he could do... and did he ever come through and in record time! Every single picture and document recovered!! Every. Single. One.
Thank you so much Michael for going above and beyond in excellent customer service and giving us back so many memories!!

I have used Coldwell Communications multiple times. Michael (the owner) has serviced my laptop, my IPhone , my desktop, & he has even helped my son with his gaming console. Customer Service the way it was meant to be. Not only resurrected a 12 year old computer back to full usefullness, updated a new computer back from Microsoft Hell, explained clearly and completely all my questions and concerns, he did it at a price so low I was embarresed to pay so little. All this and he drove out to my house within a more than reasonable timeframe, saving me from disconnecting my equipment and having to drag my computers around the countryside.
If you have an IT problem and you take it anywhere else, you're doing yourself a great disservice. This is your guy folks.

Came in to the office and had a black screen upon sign in. Had no idea who to call since I learned my past IT guy had passed away so I hit Google and started calling. Michael answered and within 30 minutes he was in our office diagnosing the problem. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. By 10:00 am the next morning we were back up and running. Great Place. I Called him over the weekend and he soon as monday rolled by he called, left a voice mail, and texted to get ahold of me. That same day he spent over an hour nearly two using his remote acces feature to help me fix my computers drivers to stop my games from crashing. Defintely going here for all my future computer needs.
