What a JOKE. NO-ONE answers the phone most of the time. When you do get someone they have no clue what's going on with your case. They lose documents and never get back to you until you get a supervisor involved.also God forbid you get your social worker on the phone and they get disconnected, don't expect a call back or them to answer when you try to call them back. Look I have been working for 30 years I have needed assistance at one other point in my life in a different state. I had absolutely ZERO issues and when I got on my feet i was appreciative and canceled my benefits. We pay these people's salaries. It's bad enough my life is in shambles right now getting help should NOT CREATE MORE STRESS. if this was a one time thing i could understand but this has been going on for a month. RIDICULOUS!!! I feel bad for anyone else who has to go through this with this place. I hope it's not the whole state just this county.

they NEVER answer the phones…! EVER! what’s the point of working a county job if you’re not going to answer the phones & return calls in a timely manner they need to start completely over with staff that’ll actually DO THEIR JOBS! entire department is a joke

My phone appointment to was scheduled for 9:40am. I got a call at 8:37am but didn't get to the phone in time. I was left a message with a number to call back.. I called twice and left message each time. It's now 3:37pm and I have not had a call back. This puts my case in jeopardy of being dismissed and it was not at my doing. If you're gonna schedule someone a certain time, then keep that time
I find all of this highly unprofessional.
