I arrived on Wednesday at 3:15 and asked the woman for help with Medicaid. She said I'm closing now but you can fill out a paper application the sign on the door said she's there till 4:30. She definitely was supposed to be there at about 4:30 because she wandered around the office telling everybody about her injured knee or arthritic knee and different medication she's putting on her knee and I listened to that the whole time I filled out the application. She then told me to slip it under her door she's very rude

Their sign and online hours said they close at 5:00PM. They actually close at 4:50pm. And, yes, my clock is definitely set correctly.

My husband and I are a military family from Ohio with a 1-yr old and a newborn baby. I had a Wic appointment scheduled for today and completely forgot, but Debbie called me and helped me with a phone appointment anyway! She was so friendly and understanding I really appreciated her time. I also spoke with the doctor and she was such a sweetheart too! She even added chocolate milk for us which seems so small but honestly it was so thoughtful of her! I've always had good experiences here so I just wanted to applaud the Coffee County WIC TEAM!

I’m am super dissatisfied with their service!! Actually I’m very unsatisfied with Amelia Walker and her customer service. Oh, wait, she lacks all kinds of customer service. She has horrible phone etiquette and doesn’t know how to properly communicate with others. I was never given her name while speaking with her until asking towards the end and was only rudely given her last name, that’s Strike 1. She hung up on me and my bf and when We called back she claimed, “She thought the conversation was over.” That is not how you end a conversation, that’s Strike 2. Rather, using customer service, you see if you have RESOLVED the problem and if there is anything else you could help them with before getting off the phone instead of complete silence and then hanging up! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Not only were none of our questions answered, we were we left with more questions and confusion. With all this, we are forced to reach out to higher management to get to the bottom of this. After all of this, we asked for her name and she bluntly said, “Walker.” No first name was given but thankfully I remembered her first name. I had previously called the Dothan branch where they gave me her phone number and name. I then left two voicemails prior to calling a week ago and was never contacted. Which forced me to reach and obtain answers; answers I still have failed to get. All I wanted was to make sure everything was in order. It is YOUR job to make sure of that.

Horrible front desk clerk. Does not acknowledge people standing at her desk...and I was wanting to know if they had forgot about me in the waiting room!!!! Then had to wait on her....I actually had to say "ma'am! I'm waiting for you to acknowledge me!!!!!....." good thing it's a state job cause that doesn't fly in the real world!!!!
