I have called and called and called and I still get nothing on the phone. I have been calling for weeks now and still nothing I even left my name and number down that was 3 weeks ago......I even left a email message and still no response that was 2 months ago. I guess I have to find A M1 garand somewhere else.

Buying ammo at this store was a nightmare. 4 pages of paperwork. Then another lady had to manually enter all of that paperwork into a database, just to buy some ammo. Seems like that process could be made a lot more efficient. I was surprised I didn't have to give a blood sample.

Today I had my first experience with the CMP South store and it was great! All of the staff were helpful and they had exactly what I wanted in stock. The purchasing process was streamlined and I did not encounter a single issue. I am glad I made the five hour trip to this store!

They never answer the phone. Like never. I have called them probably 5+ times and after 20+ minute long waits, I have yet to have a someone actually pick up the phone. Its honestly pretty sad.

Also their decision to no longer open on Saturdays is just low-down and insulting, in my opinion. Basically any working man or women with a traditional "9-to-5" job will have to take an entire day off to visit. You would think that the working class would be the type of people CMP is trying to serve, but I guess not. I guess its only for retirees, tourists, and rich people now. I hate it, and it's sad to see it being managed like this.
