Responsive, Consistent & Reliable!
One of my critical store computers was still on Windows 7 and would not restart. I contacted CMIT and they were here to help me even on a Saturday. All my Windows 7 computers were upgraded to Windows 10 along with the required memory and hard drive upgrades with no business interruption.
Moreover with CMIT, it feels great talking to the owner of another small business who understands the challenges of limited resources in my situation. The engineer was able to utilize my legacy scales, barcode printers and receipt printers with refreshed hardware and operating system. He helped me re-cable the wire spaghetti in my store to the clean, organized state that it is now in. I highly recommend CMIT 👍🏻

I had CMIT come out to finish up a server install and a foll up on an unrealted tech support issue. They were quick to respond and even followed up several times to make sure everything was still working as it should, which it was. Christopher not only finished the job but gave me a bit of an education on how to maximize my system Not only was it up and running, but I understood had to use it better. 5 Stars!!
