The staff was beyond the moon today. They acknowledged me as soon as I walked the door. I was not left waiting the exam room for any long periods of time. They were very courteous in knocking every single time they had to entered the exam room. All questions were answered in right away without the usually "I don't know" that some offices give in response. I will happily answer their calls again.
