Today, I want to publicly report Nora, or more precisely, CLÍNICA BEAUTY LOUNGE / CLINICA MED & BEAUTY LOUNGE BY NORA, for the devastating outcome of the CO2 laser procedure she performed on me on April 3rd, 2025.
I have waited until now to speak up because I have endured the worst three months of my life. Not only did she cause physical damage to my face, but she has also been the most dehumanized and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with.

From the beginning of my recovery, I expressed to her that I was experiencing unusual pain and asked for help. However, when I contacted her, she repeatedly insisted that the symptoms were normal, that the swelling would go down within 48 hours, and that results would appear between 7 and 14 days.

However, after those 14 days, my face was still severely swollen and in persistent pain, which had a serious impact on both my work life and emotional well-being. It has now been more than three months since the procedure, and I am still recovering—facing ongoing physical, emotional, and financial consequences.

I returned on my own nearly two months later, as I had not healed properly. I now have a large dark spot on my skin. During that visit, she told me I needed another laser session or a chemical peel, mentioning that the affected area was “dead skin.” That suggestion deeply concerned me, as I felt that another exposure could worsen my condition. I rejected her recommendation and sought help from dermatologists, who explained that I had developed hyperpigmentation caused by intense laser exposure, and that my skin’s reaction was a natural response to the trauma.

Since that moment, Nora stopped answering my messages and never followed up on my case again.

I am sharing this publicly to help prevent others from being exposed to the same risk, and to raise awareness about how serious these procedures can be if not performed and treated correctly.
I am including photos so that you can see and understand the reality of what I’ve gone through.

For my 34th birthday I gifted myself CO2 laser with Nora. It’s been a week since my treatment and I am pleased with the results and looking forward to the next session. I have VERY thick skin, and Nora tailored the treatment to me. She was clear on letting me know the types of laser intensities she offers and what to expect from each considering my skin type, which I appreciate. The treatment itself was painless, there is slight discomfort on the first day, and on days two to four there is some peeling. Seven days later my skin looks really refreshed, my pores are smaller which is my main goal with these treatments. I plan to repeat as needed in order to maintain the results, as well as add the eye treatment to one of the sessions since the results have been so great. I’ve already recommended Nora to my friends and I’m excited to go back and do more treatments myself!

Very bad and dubious clinic. I do not recommend it. They have several names online, no one answers the phone or responds to emails. My appointment was almost two hours late. The PDO threads did NOT improve or change my double chin at all, looking back now it even looks worse than before! What a frustrating experience and a total waste of time and money. In the end, this doctor called Mohammed asked me several times if I was going to pay in cash, if I had money... I said I did not know that they only accepted cash at the clinic. He put me in an uncomfortable situation because i had card as a form of payment… like whaat? He didn’t achieve the results he promised because the skin on my double chin is NOT firmer. He was clearly saving materials and not happy that i was doing one procedure only…What a Disappointment! Do NOT go there!
