I don’t like to make negative Reviews. But this may be one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. I have enterprise for my Business and is taking me a whole week to solve a simple issue and I get an email from a different agent every day asking me the same questions over an over. The customer service in Enterprise in my experience is no better than the other plans and is no worth it.

This review is going to be different than any other, simply because it comes from behind-the-scenes. I've worked with the Clickup team as a teleprompter on many of their videos. Working with Zeb, Paul, Melissa, Alan, Nick and all the rest of the team has always been a joy. They have meshed together as a focused laser to bring success to their company via the videos they produce. They're talented, smart, dedicated and kind. It's great to see them enjoying success. They are growing so fast, they moved from a funky Victorian office to the high rise offices that Houzz used to occupy, overlooking Petco Park. It's fun to see the Clickup banners on buildings and trolleys that dart through San Diego. Sending our regards and kudos! Looking forward to seeing your very clever Super Bowl commercial on Game Day surrounded by our friends. And then I can brag, "Yeah, Clickup, we go way back!"

You cannot close your account they just keep billing. Only bots that sound you nowhere. You just have to block them on yiur credit card, because you can never stop the service. An absolute nightmare.
