This place needs to be closed down they never answer the phone, they gave me a worker out of Nashville & I'm sitting here in limbo after 25 years of never having any trouble it's ridiculous! So why are these people getting paid especially the secretary she is rude!

Same here Tennessee is the worst at helping my 4 kids born in Texas have been denied for medical insurance because who works is my husband and he's boss won't give him a letter or a check for proof of income they all earn cash so ridiculous

I was made an appt & time, then after not calling me, they said I missed my appt time. But I have the letter they sent me with the correct time. They act like they don't know anything about Pre EBT, but the # on the card states to ask them for help.

Can't ever get straight answers,always faxing and mailing the same paperwork,I know they are under staffed and under paid but sending the same paper 3 times something isn't working or filing correctly
