I can truly say this company has changed for the better. The eagerness to take care of the customer and how respectful/honest the staff has become is game changing. The signal can be spotty depending on your area starting out, but they do everything in their power to get you right and won’t stop til it is!

Awful experience. Do not recommend. After using them for 2 years, being out of WIFI for MANY days, driving to Star City x 3 trips to fix boxes, and then having the final box have a speed of .50 Mbps- they were unwilling to compensate for anything. Communication with staff was horrible as well as staff members not returning calls. Use another business.

Easy call and installation arrangement. Almost did same day service but it was late friday already. Will keep you guys posted on the quality of service.

My experience with this company was awful. My internet only worked half the time and the only half it did work it would do nothing but buffer. I continuously have to call and report complications with my service. And even though they knew my service did not work they expected me to pay for an internet service I wasn’t getting. Imagine your internet working only two weeks out a month and paying 120 every month. For nothing. Ended my service. Never going back.
