The hospital staff is great, the great nurses are the backbone of the hospital. Thank you, nurses.
This review is for the hospital but additionally for a Doctor by the name
of Rachel Pruett. Not only is she very likable and down to earth but she is a great surgeon.
I have spoken with her twice both pre op and post op and she is very professional, thorough, but very much unpretentious, which most people appreciate.
As for her surgical skills, I'll put it this way, I took one pain pill post surgery and I was amazed. I've had 7 surgeries over the years and this abdominal surgery was the most pain free!

I’m being charged over $1,000 for being seen for less than 2 minutes in a HALLWAY by a “doctor” who couldn’t even look me in the face, rep prescribed medication that had given me suicidal ideation, and he would’ve known this Had he looked at my chart even once. I told the staff I was hypoglycemic and they told me not to eat or drink anything until I got into see a doctor, which took about five hours. I ended up leaving the emergency room feeling just as sick as I did when I walked in, even more exhausted and crying my eyes out. Dr. Brian Keenan has given me the worst hospital experience I have ever had here. Please go to any other medical facility but CMH.

The ER was horrible. I brought my 14 month old in for a possible concussion. They barely checked him. Nathaniel A Pearl refused to feel the bump on my son's head. They didn't check his ears. This DO even put in a false temperature in the the report because they never bothered to take it. My son and I were dismissed. I realize as a first time mom I may be a little nervous. But when you don't check my son at all and just throw medicine at him I know that is not right. I really hope this DO isn't a cause of a infants death in the future.

I'm starting at the top where I could give an update where people can read the update first I added another star because the director of the emergency room did call me and apologize for his charge nurse response. The director was very nice and respectful and I appreciate him reaching out to me. My daughter has only been in there one night. The charge nurse was very disrespectful I was trying to figure out what was going on with my daughter she informed me that it could be months before they know anything and was very rude. I was shocked by how rude she was so I did ask her her age cuz I'm not used to someone talking to me like thst. she then said that I was being discriminating because I asked her age no honey I asked your age because you were being mean like you are still a mean girl in high school and unconcerned with your patience. Then when I ask to talk to someone about her they afford me she didn't do anything wrong she went by protocol and there is no updates they can give me. So my suggestion is if you have family that needs psychiatric care avoid this Hospital.

This is the absolute worst place, the ER is ran by staff that dont know how or what they are doing, patient care at its worst, they will not communicate with you about what is going on or what is being done. I have never seen anything like it, besides me feeling terrible for taking my love one there. I felt that way for everyone who was trying to be treated. Go to Springfield, you better off.

They charged me for an attempted short term fix of my esophagus, which failed and I had to wait 2 months to get an actual fix. I had to have a liquid diet for 2 months. Charged me $9,000 for not helping me at all. Seriously this should be illegal. Shove the endoscopy down my throat and realize it wouldn't fit I was so closed up. I woke up with my calves hurting, which was a sign of me tensing up from trying to force the tool down my esophagus which did not fit. Don't charge someone you didn't even help. That's not honesty. I would of been fine with a $1000 fee for me going in of an attempt but $9000 for no help, you are out of your damn mind. Not happy at all!

Matt Havens, PA is an excellent provider. He is very caring. Always provides me with any health advice to help me. He is very kind and caring. He truly is a friend above being provider. I could not ask for anything better care.
