The software is easy to use. When training goes well, its great. When there are no billing disputes, no problem.

But.....since it is so cost prohibitive for their customers to switch, they don't treat us well. The real issue with this company is that they will charge their customers for services that you don't use, or have tried to cancel. They were charging us for four providers in a one provider office. When we asked if those $1000 could be used as a credit on our account, the quick as lightening answer is NOPE.

If you don't cancel a service a month in advance, sorry suck paying for months you don't want, need or plan to use.

A five star company isn't one that give good service when its easy. Its a company that cares about their customers. Look at the Better Business Bureau rating for ChiroTouch, its an F. Look at the Yelp reviews (its easy to get biased positive Google reviews). Better yet, look on the employee review sites and see how low they are rated by employees.

Since there are only so many software companies to work with, you may need to choose ChiroTouch. But do NOT purchase any extra services. Keep your monthly billing as low as possible with them. I sure as heck wish we did. Would have saved $10,000 or more.

Currently having an IT issue...... Been 2 weeks and multiple calls with a person in the Philippines. Its is comical the incompetence of the Chirotouch IT dept. Been with them for 20 years and never seen them this bad... Ill update if my issue ever gets resolved...

The company has been on a steady downhill trend for awhile

UPDATE: Been 5 days and my issue was "escalated".... No one has called since....

Chirotouch customer service is a joke, very unresponsive not returning calls or emails. Their billing company CT Probill is even worse, they have billed outside of their scope, posted and collected payments for previously paid claims and created extremely concerning issues within the 4 months of signing on. Absolutely do not recommend

This company is a joke. We have been on ChiroTouch for over 10 years and now can not get rid of the software fast enough. Their barely able to speak English support folks (new since the purchase of the company) are next to no help what so ever. On more than one occasion they will shut down the server(s) can cause massive disruptions in the day to day of our office (20 minute reboots, 30GB dataset). They can not get "options" to properly work. Their SMS system is broken more than it is functional. Their patient portal is archaic....and, as I have heard from MANY peers...the web version of the software is an even bigger joke.

If you own a Chiropractic facility you would be well served to stay WAY away from Chirotouch.

Been waiting for weeks for call back for support and to make changes to our account before the new year, been told would be escalated and still waiting. In 9+ years of having this company the support becomes more and more of a joke!
