Liz Sipes was not only dismissive but rude. Sarcasm in the work place as a professional is probably not a good impression on the first meet. Liz couldn't figure out why I was there because the front office assistant neglected to ask me more than just my name so she took it upon herself to then throw her hands in the air and be incredibly rude. I was not aware I needed a form of ID to sign a paper I was asked to come sign and her response was to hand me a card and say "Well I guess next time you decide to come be sure to call because I'm not always in the office to figure this stuff out." Then just walked out.

As a real estate agent, I 've worked with several different title/escrow companies over the years, but this company was the worst I have ever dealt with. Communication and customer service was minimal (it was a good thing I was a realtor because there was zero direction or guidance through the process). There was never any updates, progress or status reports unless we contacted them to request it (and sometimes we had to try multiple times before we got a response back). We patiently waited TWO weeks for the other side to perform a couple of tasks, but because of this lack of communication and contact from our escrow officer, we were never notified that it was actually completed within a couple days and as a result, our close was two weeks later than it needed to be. In the end, they got the job done and transferred title, closed and recorded, but it was with the most minimal of communication, customer service and support. I was actually surprised that they notified us when the property had closed and recorded - I figured I would have to wait and eventually call to confirm that, too. I would not recommend using this company. There are others out there that provide much better communication and service.

I would highly recommend NOT doing business with the company. Their lack of organization, professionalism, and business conduct resulted in a complete nightmare of an escrow for my family. Not only did they neglect to file paperwork in time (costing me $375 to extend escrow), they did not file the paperwork with the county on time to close escrow on the day it was scheduled to close, even WITH AN EXTENSION. This resulted in my having to move out of my current home (new renters moving in, because I had given my notice) but also rescheduling of cleaners, carpet cleaners, inspectors, etc. When I called my representative to speak with him about my concerns, he did not call me back. What a great way to fess up to your job not so well done. If I performed my job like you, I wouldn't have a job. I have no respect for those who do not act professionally and DO THEIR JOB.

I had to go to this location to sign a final document for my home refi. I got there, but no one was at the "front desk". It took some time, but finally someone noticed I was standing there and came over to ask who I was there to see. I asked for the person I had been taking to on the phone with, but no one recognised the name. Finally the person who I worked with on a prior day came out and offered to help me. She made the rest of the prices quick and painless.

We had to wait almost 45 minutes to get someone, whom we had an appointment with, to sign our final papers to close on our home. The signing went very quickly as we were the sellers, but having to wait that long was ridiculous. Their fees were outrageous. Won't use them again.
