Do not trust the time open on this sight! I drove 40 mins to find out they closed at 12p. Also to find out their closing time changed 7 months ago.

The first time I went it was easy, last year. This year they seem so unorganized. So the system supposedly went down Friday. I was here at 8:05 and called every hour because I didn't want to leave town before getting things handled. They were so rude laughing and sounding irritated that I was trying to handle my business like the respectable citizen I am. Now today they are closed for a holiday. No sign posted and website still reads OPEN. To say they had so much FREE time Friday, it would have been nice to KNOW instead of driving and doing my own research as to why they ARENT AVAILABLE THIS TIME. I wish I could post a picture of how many people are out here LOST as to why they aren't open. Communication and respect. Not too much to ask right

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful, but if you need assistance with a passport go to Robertson County. An appointment is required and very limited. The employee that helps with passports sets the schedule and doesn’t take appointments after 2:30. We need passports for our children and would rather not pull them out of school. Fortunately the rest of the staff is very friendly and told us about locations that are helpful with passports.

I bought a pickup and went here to put the title in my name and I was done in about 15 minutes, tops. Very fast and friendly.👍

When you go in, they MIGHT give you a number. You can't check in and get an auto-issued number, cause no one would ever fight and they'd get bored. They ignore the numbering system and just ask the crowd "who's next?"
Once you get service, they'll make you read out your information out loud so everyone can hear it. If you care about your phone number, social security number, address, etc. being private, go somewhere else.
You can't take your tests here. Go somewhere else.
There's very little space for customers in here, too. Be prepared to maneuver between irritated seated people and people being served at the counter.
There is no designated counters. Once you walk in the door, there isn't a separate line for driver's licences, marriage licenses, renewals, vehicle registration, etc. They'd prefer having everyone in a frustrated, disorganized crowd and holler "who's next" so they can reject you at the counter and get you more irritated. Again, it's likely they find this entertaining.

Came in looking to get my TN real ID and was told by the lady with a chuckle "Not today your not" being confused I asked why she just said not after 3. I came in earlier and was told to get more information. Went home got it all then drove back and it was to late. Would have been nice to know that when I came in earlier. I looked online and I see it now but not posted where you can see it inside. Don't appreciate the condescending attitude from the lady. I will say I first experience was real nice but this is annoying to laugh and say that for someone who didn't know. Will have to make another run at it when off work.

Needed a duplicate title & I botched the process. Rebecca went out of her way to get me straightened out & get a dup in the mail. Her patience, kindness, & diligence were unexpected & frankly undeserved. What a great person & a great experience! Thank you Rebecca!
