Never really had problems here until yesterday. Loader (Dan1st) loaded me wrong and the coils fell! Blew my airbags but I limped it to the dealership and back here. Loader (Travis2nd) saw the mistakes of the first loader,unloaded, and corrected the mistakes of the first loader. Smooth sailing from there!

Travis on night shift is the man. 6 minutes in and out to get 10 coils. That guy can run a tow motor like it’s nobody’s business. Always a pleasure loading and unloading here. Go Travis! lol

***update*** Kyle is really giving Trevor a run for his money. Temps were below zero and wind was blowing hard and Kyle came through allowing me to load what should’ve been eye to the side as eye to the rear so I could load and secure indoors. Dude is a life saver. Thank you Kyle!!

Picked up a load from here for the first time, steel coils, the forklift driver named Erik that was working at the time, loaded me up, quick, efficient and he was very nice . I didn’t have to talk to anybody else. I was very pleased with this interaction.
