This was my first time at this location, I will definitely be coming here exclusively moving forward. Not only is this location conveniently located for me the staff was also top tier excellent.
GPS could have done a better job indicating the entrance ... missed it twice lol, first time it indicated the turn way too short notice so I just looped back around the block, second time it had me turn into the auto zone entrance... so be advised this entrance is immediately after the auto zone entrance, there is a sign but if you're not paying close enough attention you will miss it. There is a good size free parking lot behind the building, with multiple handicap spaces available as well as accessible entrance.
The wait room was clean and bright , the ladies at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. My ultrasound technician Toni was absolutely wonderful and made what was a very stressful situation much easier to handle.
If I'm ever given orders for imaging or ultrasounds again I will be coming here!

Entrance is located directly across from the liquor store, immediately after the auto zone entrance, the parking lot in back aligns with the aaa parking lot however both are gated and separated so you would not be able to access each building thru the same lot you will have to get back out onto the street.

im so happy i went with Centre for my imaging! the reason i chose centrelake out of any other office started with how truly KIND the gal on the phone was when i called the first time. i feel like true quality customer service in health care is so hard to come by these days and when going through so much with a diagnosis, the LEAST you could want is some decent customer service over the phone. all the gals in the office were super sweet when i went and i didn’t feel like just a number out of all their patients. even when getting my results, the staff was communicative regarding any delays and i’m just so grateful to feel taken care of during this worrisome time. i can’t remember everyone’s name but Araceli, Andrea, and Gwen were all especially helpful and i look forward to working with Centrelake as needed in the future. thank you so much and i appreciate everyone!

I went in for a CT Scan today and I've had my share of them done. TODAY WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !! The ladies at the front were friendly and smiling,. But most of all... MR. I've been to several center Lake imaging centers. This by far is the best one. The staff is great the service is great and fast and very friendly. Special thanks to Liz. Liz more people should be like you. the world would be a much better place. 🙂

I'm thrilled to share the wonderful experience my deaf aunt had today. It was truly heartwarming to witness the inclusivity and the sense of comfort it brought her. She was overjoyed to have someone communicate with her through sign language, making her feel both understood and at ease. A sincere thank you to the young gentleman, Jonathan, for his kindness and effort in creating such a meaningful connection for her. This experience underscores the profound impact of thoughtful, inclusive communication throughout her imagining.

The tech was amazing….but I’ve never called a business more than Centrelake Imaging to no avail!! No one answers the phones!! My report and results have not been received by either of my drs and I have a serious condition that needs to be treated as soon as possible. I gave my email address to register for the portal and apparently they got my email wrong and said they would fix it and never did!!

Everyone in the facility was extremely friendly, patient, fast, professional and kind. Definitely a great experience for my mother and I. We will definitely be recommending that all our future imaging needs be taken care of by Centerlake Imaging.

I wanted to give of acknowledgment to your employee ARACELI at hemet location, for going above and beyond. On a phone call.
After three hours of frustration trying to get thru to another lcation . And getting disconnected five times after holding 10 - 12 minutes each ...only to be disconnected every time.
I called another office Location to see if this was normal.
I waited for her to finish with her customers. And then she graciously helped me make several appointments that I was in need of making.
I felt she deserved to be recognized for great customer service relations.
