My arthritis makes some finger movement difficult, and to add to the process, my fingerprints are "worn -down" due to 50 years as a teacher. Getting acceptable prints took a very long time. Yet Lori was so extremely patient and supportive of me. She kept a smile on her face and finally got decent set of prints. I'm very satisfied with her service and supportive attitude.
