I was contacted about a Moderna Covid Study. I was there for the initial meeting and was advised i would be contacted when funding was approved. I was called by Cloie 2 days ago scheduling me for today at 3pm. I have caller ID on my phone. When i arrived for my appointment i was advised that the study was closed. It just opened. They stated they called me earlier today and left me a VM regarding the study closure. AGAIN I HAVE CALLER ID. This site popped up on my phone when they called me initially so i know it works. No call in my call log or caller ID. I drove 90 miles away. She could have text me if she couldn't reach me by leaving a VM. This is so ridiculous and very shoddy customer service. Why lie and say u called when clearly no one called because no VM and i have caller ID. I have been in other studies at other sites. This place is ridiculous. I WILL NOT BE INVOLVED IN ANY MORE STUDIES WITH THEM AND I WILL BE LETTING OTHERS KNOW THAT I KNOW HAVE DONE STUDIES TO STAYYY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. ATROCIOUS

My experience with CenExel has been life changing! The staff truly cares about each patient. It completely changed the way I viewed participating in medical studies. The journey is individualized and I was really able to focus on self improvement and healing. With such an amazing and supportive staff, welcoming clinicians and attentive therapists it makes it so much less daunting to navigate emotions and difficult times in life when you know there are people there for you when you get stuck. I came here for a screening for a clinical trial. The front lobby is artfully decorated and the staff were able to squeeze me in despite my being very late. The nurse that worked with me had a pleasant conversational style. Although I decided not to do the study, I look forward to any future ones.

This place was fantastic. I recently did a study there, and everyone was very friendly. I was nervous about taking medication‘s, but they made me feel at ease especially Ella. She did a wonderful job very fast very friendly, and always seemed very genuine. The entire staff here is very friendly and Maria the doctor that I spoke with was very informative and keep me informed the entire process. I will definitely do another research study in the future and recommend it to my family and friends as well. Not to mention the view

This is the BEST research facility I have ever experienced. The storm Thursday reeked havoc on their computer systems yet they managed to get all my testing done. EVERYONE there is knowledgeable and VERY helpful. Honestly Research Atlanta should give classes to all other medical staff as to how to treat patients. It is obvious everyone loves what they do.

iResearch Atlanta LLC and all of the people who work here are helping me to change my life for the better. Even with so many people who come to be a part of studies here, we are all, at the end of the day, treated with the same amount of care and respect as the person beside us. I feel that I could not be in a better place right now. Every single person on staff here is amazing, intelligent, hardworking, and excellent at their job. This place is filled with good people. Not only am I helping to provide data to further help people with the same struggles as me, but I am also receiving the personal/mental care and help that I have been longing for, searching desperately for, for over 10 years. I have never been seen as a person, and as an equal, by any medical facility of any kind, until I came here. I love the people here. The staff truly do care. I have been treated so well here, and when I do have any concerns, they are addressed with mindful care. Nobody is perfect, and they still work so hard here to make sure we are taken care of with compassion, mindful attention, and a mutual understanding that we are all in this together, working to find solutions for people just like me. I am convinced that iResearch Atlanta is doing a better job than any other facility like this. Because of this I will continue to provide myself as a patient to any future studies they may consider me for, I will always offer my help and support to iResearch Atlanta, because they have, and continue every day, to do the same for me.

I am participating in a research study for I Research. The process has been great. The nurses are the best. They are nice and kind. I am staying over for a study and it has been very enjoyable. Everyone here has given me the best treatment. I would recommend I Research to anyone interested in participating in various studies. They are very professional and make you feel like you are a part of their family.
