Worst communication I have ever experienced. I went in for preliminary testing and afterwards I was told I was going to be accepted into a study. The next part of the study involved getting an MRI which I have no problem doing but I have worked with metal for the past 37 years and asked if a head X-ray would be appropriate to insure that I didn’t have any metal in either of my eyes which could cause a possible problem for me getting an MRI. I was thanked by my coordinator for making them aware and she would get back to me which never happened. I left many voicemails in her mailbox trying to inquire where I stood in the study and even letting them know that my primary doctor offered to write a prescription to help me make progress in the study. The last time I called the receptionist I spoke to promised me the coordinator would call me back soon after I voiced my frustration. To this day I haven’t heard anything and it has been ongoing for about 2 months. If the study opportunity has ended or if I was rejected because of the head X-ray I should have been made aware. A return phone call would not have hurt.

Everything at the Hassman research institute went as planned. The staff was friendly, if busy and a little frenetic (it's COVID times after all - no surprise), everyone was very willing to answer questions, and things moved pretty quickly once I was done with intake.

Will be heading back for more study check ins soon, and certainly hope the experience is similar.

Terrible communication. Rude staff. Doesn’t return calls as promised and fabricated information. Would not waste time trying to work with this facility. Could say more.

Frustrating experience. On two separate appointments, the doctor was not available despite me having an appointment, meaning I had to come back to be evaluated. I didn't get the appointment payment for the second visit, and then on the third visit no one showed up at the time of my appointment because the Dr called out an no one notified anyone. I didn't even get my transportation funded for that despite me being the only one on time to my appointment. I feel like I was the only one bearing the punishment for nothing I did wrong. Quit the study, I don't need people wasting my time and then not compensating me for it.

The staff I did get to meet were great. If you live close by and have no problem being called back in to finish things, you won't have the issues I am having, but I lost hours to these people and was only paid for 1 visit out of 3.

I wasted a whole morning in this Dive. They didn't pay me as I was promised because they said I had MDMA in my system. I asked what this meant and they said I have ecstasy , the drug in my system. I have not done ecstasy since I was in my 30s, a Long time ago. This is a very sneaky and underhanded way of getting out of paying people. The office is a dirty dive with a bunch of degenerates in it. If I had done ecstasy, I would admit it because I have nothing to hide. Beware of this Bogus Scam Clinic. They are going to call me next week for another appointment. I guess I will just tell them that I am exing right now and I am to exced out to come in.

I am incredibly impressed with how personal and comfortable the entire experience has been. They work with you to ensure your ease of mind and safety during trials. I have personally had many great experiences with every person who works here. Very professional and relatable! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Smooth well organized. It was refreshing to see all staff showing kind caring behavior.There were many different people carrying out there duties towards me the patient. Just rare seeing people be responsible treating the clientele human. Humanity is really missing in great number of atmospheres. I'm appreative it was here!

Well maintained facility with Friendly Professional staff. Short wait time till i was admitted to initial screening for study . Very detailed information regarding study , purpose, and everything you could possibly need to know to make a decision on participation, ( in writing ) Plus staff could easily explain anything i questioned in layman’s terms . Easily accessible from major highways. Parking on premise. Microwave. and snacks available. This establishment followed all covid expected practices. Payment was extremely prompt same day as each appointment . I would recommend highly to family and friends.!
