The food is okay but I can’t complain much because after all it is a free meal. Even as an alternate(someone who isn’t accepted to try the new medication) the money is pretty good. For overnights they have two lounge areas, one that plays shows in Spanish and one that plays shows in English. Most of the staff are great but it gets 4 stars because there are a few who really have no respect for the participants. If you’re looking for a way to make money and you don’t mind taking a risk I’d highly recommend this place.

I was able to finally participate in a study back in October, and had a wonderful experience. I made a couple good friends while there for four nights, and had great experiences with the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful, making sure everyone understood how things would be going while we were there. I look forward to doing more studies with Celerion in the future!

I highly recommend this place. The staff members are great, extremely helpful through the process; safety and protocols followed for your benefit, you will be in good hands. No matter which facility you choose, Arizona, or Nebraska you'll find professional and friendly staff and doctors, delicious meals and lots of things to do to past the time away. It's a paid vacation, you'll have a great time!

I would just like to give a shout out to the entire Celerion Staff for the warm and genuine care and concern towards the study subjects. The culture here among the staff, from custodial and laundry to study coordinators, screening, medical staff, and care team far surpass any other facility in which I have previously participated. (This is my first stay here) The dedication to excellence and professionalism by the staff clearly indicates that upper management invests interest into having a positive environment for all who are involved with the research and commitment to science and health.

A few names certainly deserve recognition. The following people either went above their scope of responsibilities or simply just provided a great experience because of their professionalism; Juan the phlebotomist, all the ECG techs, Anthony and the Kitchen Staff, the gentlemen in maintenance who really kept the floors clean, Anita Cassaza-Bolton in the volunteer relations care team, as well as Alexis in the care team, Nathan, Skylar, Tait, Carla and many others whose names escape my thoughts now.

Prior to joining a clinical trial with Celerion Tempe, I had completed three healthy volunteer clinical trials at Celerion's Lincoln Nebraska location. On November 22, 2022, I completed the inpatient stay of a 37 day/36 night clinical trial at Celerion Tempe and was released in the same good health as I had arrived in. I still have 8 out of 10 outpatient very brief outpatient return visits to go. My inpatient stay was great. Fortunately, there were some poker players there, so we had poker tournaments almost nightly - and even ordered a poker championship belt that the winner of each night's tournament would end up with - which helped the time pass super fast. I came into the stay with two bags, and left with six bags due to ordering a bunch of stuff from Amazon and elsewhere online, since we received three payments while we were still inside of the facility. The staff is great and very professional. The study volunteers who were there to participate in various paid clinical trials all got along well, and some made new friends. Celerion pays great, and I personally consider healthy volunteer clinical trials to be an excellent way to make lump sums of easy money. Like most, I was apprehensive at first, but ended up wishing I had known about these high paying clinical trials much sooner. Highly recommend Celerion to anyone considering participating in a clinical trial.

Unprofessional, rude Mexican staff. Many of their trials are also VERY DANGEROUS. Some have a high probability of ruining the eye directly and come are risky for cancer. Their call backs aren't reliable either. ALEA and others are much better and more welcoming staff.

I have nothing but negative to post about this place. They called me 3 days before i was scheduled to come in to tell me they were adding more days. I was able to accommodate and the next day 2 days before i check in they called and canceled me for the stay. For people that work and have to take time off and find arrangements for their kids this is unprofessional! Give a common courtesy of at least 5 days. Also, there were 2 really rude and unprofessional staff members at station 6 that put a bad taste in my mouth about the place right off the bat! If you have a job or kids they are not the place for you.
