Terrible company! They do not pay on time, the checks are always short and one time I had to meet someone at midnight at a Krystal’s restaurant just to get my check! I never got my last paycheck and I could never, not once speak to the owner! I wouldn’t let these people care for my dog let alone my loved one!!!! This place needs to be shut down immediately!

My girlfriend can't get paid either. They won't return calls. Susie who she deals lies all time. I'm getting her lawyer . This place needs be shut down. They pretty much scam and thieves

Absolutely trash company, late payroll and Susie who is the representative has more lies to tell than answers to give, it’s been a week since payroll was due and this is a common problem. If your payroll sucks so bad get a different company!

They started off ok but then communication was poorly. You couldn’t get in touch with anyone and I know you would call to try to talk to Pammy. They would lie and make up excuses and a little something every week why I didn’t get paid and they tell me to send in my information I sent Breann still no pay they are the worst company to work for. I would advise anyone that ever talk to him because I will take your money. And they don’t care about their patients liarrrrrr

I am here to speak for myself and other caregivers still working here- they refuse to pay you. They deflect and blame you for “late” or “missing” checks. Can’t leave messages because their mailboxes are full, won’t return texts or phone calls. Tell you your checks are in the mail and they never arrive. I am not the only caregiver going through this. We are given the run around. Every check I did receive I had to fight for, they were late, or not correct. Their phone lines ring disconnected. It is extremely unfortunate to have to see how little they care about the caregivers and the patients. So very disappointing as I am on both sides of this as a care giver and as a family member to one of their clients.

Terrible people running this agency! They've owed me for several weeks now!! Has anyone heard about Penny Disney, the owner passing away Sat, June 17th Or is this another one of their sick & lame excuse 🤔

VERY AWFUL BUSINESS. My father has been with them for several years now and here lately things have gotten really bad. He is a diabetic and has a very limited schedule on eating arrangements and recently just became an amputee. They can’t ever call to let them know when there caregiver isn’t coming, just leaves them waiting. I feel sorry for the ones who don’t have family to provide them care when cde has failed to make arrangements for the individuals to have care through other means. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
