Melissa listened to my descriptions of my problems. Did a lot of voluntary troubleshooting, checked cords, computer worked on a couple different monitors to make sure things were going right. I cannot say enough good things about Computer Depot. The staff is excellent, always very friendly, they know exactly what to do and they don't make you feel stupid regardless of the question or problem. They are wonderful, if you don't have anyone watching over your computers either at home or business, you really need to look at Computer Depot. Since we have had them I feel my computers are safe and if I have a problem all I have to do is call them. They are prompt, and efficient does not seem to begin to cover how great they are.

I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am for Shah and the patience he had for me. There are not many places that would offer the same level of service that I received. I had an issue and he was able to assist me over the phone, gave me the information I needed and didn't shy away from pricing. He was very straight forward and blunt, something that is rare to get that from a business these days. To make it better he even fixed a problem that Verizon refused to help me with. It wasn't his job to fix it, but it was very much appreciated.

Computer Depot really takes care of our needs. They are prompt, courteous, and are sensitive to the different knowledge levels of users. As a non-profit organization they take into consideration our unique needs. We appreciate their staff but especially Shah.

I attempted to get my computer repaired here, as I have in the past. They now require a $350 membership (Virus guard) fee, then you must pay for parts, etc. That is per machine, not per household.
Just a heads up if you think they will just fix your computer.

Be careful taking your computers to this business.
Last week, my prebuilt Ibuypower computer encountered an issue with over heating, which was the reason for my visit to Computer Depo. After diognostics I was informed by Matt (the only employee I have an issue with, in this establishment) that the water cooler pump had failed and thus overheated my computer. I was charged double price for a $30 cooler master fan and $60 installation fee, which is fine. However, the computer failed again after returning from this store. I didn't feel comfortable returning after being charged double the price on a part, so I gave it to a family friend to look at.

The end result was that during the installation of the new fan on to my processor, Matt applied so much thermal paste that it had some how made its way between the needles and the motherboard. Effectively destroying my motherboard..... I cannot speak ill of other employees that may work here as I only received service from Matt but I can tell you that his lack of knowledg, skill, or work ethic has so far costed me roughly $525 for a simple fan replacement.

I took my Toshiba in for repair and they were so kind and helpful...way above and beyond. My computer works better than when it was new! Great job Nathan and Matt. Thanks to you I have a 2nd laptop I have so needed!

I am from Charleston SC and visiting family to get away from hurricane Matthew. I packed most of our stuff and forgot a power cable for my PSU... I walked in and the gentlemen behind the counter gave it to me no questions and didn't ask for anything. they are a dime a dozen but he didn't bat an eye. He suggested returning it when I head out of town and I fully intend to with at least a $5 tip. It is fantastic to see this kind of kindness from anyone nevermind a business. I hope I need something from them next time I am in town because they deserve it.
