They Do a wonderful job. They’re always polite to me. They’re always respectful to me. I enjoy going in and doing surveys with them. This has to be one of the best offices that C&C Market Research has. If C&C Market Research has a award for good offices, this office should get that award

I had an extremely disappointing experience with C&C Marketing Research. I participated in a survey with the understanding that I would be paid $115. However, I only received $50, even though the client had already paid C&C the full amount for me.

I emailed multiple times regarding the missing payment but received no response. When I went to their office in person to pick up my check, I was told to sit and wait—only for security to escort me out five minutes later, without any explanation. My girlfriend, was with me and witnessed the entire situation. This was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

After further investigation, I spoke with Amanda, who confirmed that Shantell was supposed to pay me the full amount. Despite this, I am still missing $65 of my rightful payment.

If you’re considering participating in surveys through C&C Marketing Research, be aware that you may not receive the full compensation you were promised. Their lack of communication and unprofessional handling of my inquiry were unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and advising others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

This is a great place to go either with or without my daughter. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous and stay in clear communication. Shawn is one of my favorite people there because he's always willing to go the extra mile. I also like the variety of surveys they offer and pay ranging anywhere from $5 to in the $100's.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would ! they have helped me out tremendously by putting me on countless surveys that I qualified for. They even let my son do a survey for kids and were very patient with his answers. The staff here is very nice I highly recommend coming here when you need to make some easy money

Treated with so much disrespect . Manager comes in sagging his pants and refuses to even help me he sits at his desk not even making eye contact with me and says get back get back your too close to me despite me just coming to the table for signup . Twice I was doing my survey and not PAID did like 2-3 surveys for free. When I asked them they said it’s the system and when I asked how that’s fault they shrugged and still didn’t care never made eye contact with me Calle done a dude despite me being female . Everyone sitting on their phone even workers no one is polite no one wants to work . They use FAKE NAMES AND FAKE AGES they let people repeat with the same survey despite seeing it already horrible customer service treated me like dirt made me cry bc I was so shocked by how rude this way were despite me being polite

We love the manager, she's a great lady. However, they have staff in there. Who will take your checks and cash for the survey that you use? And then report false allegations on you to try to cover it up. I just know that be careful on who you're doing your survey. But make sure it's to manage or give you your money and not A. Worker 'cause you won't receive it. What does surveillance you do?
