We arrived at beach at 8:00pm with 4 week old grand baby and ac didn't work, called Captain Cool as was told technician was on another job and would be there as soon as possible. Zach arrived at 10:15, was gracious, diagnosed the problem, kept me informed of what he was doing inside the condo and on the roof, had the necessary part in his van and fixed it. He left after midnight to drive over an hour home. He started work that morning at 7:00am and really kept his cool while he fixed mine. He is the best!

Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair company. Nas arrived right on time. He was thorough and talked me through what he was doing the whole time. He also gave me plenty of options. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of our service call.

Starting early morning on Monday 5/19/2025, I called three local companies on the Eastern-shore of Baldwin County trying to get our A/C repaired. One didn’t have time and two were “No Shows”Next I called Capt. Cool and was set up with a technician immediately. His name was Skylar he arrived on time even though it was an emergency call during late evening due to the No Shows of the other companies and corrected the problem with our A/C. I was having a special event at my home and the ac started to freeze up... I called captain cool and they said it would be from 4 to 8... So this frustrated me but about 30 min later the tech called and said he was on the way... He showed up very professional, even gave me pointers on how to keep my home cooler... Long story short Zach handled what needed to be handled and was very knowledgeable on the products they provided... Thanks Captain Cool for the quick turnaround... I would recommend them anytime...
