2000$+ multiple issues since installation. Cameras came off, no respond to bckup. Screen no respond, maps etc easily. Multiple attempts calls,visits. Always my Samsung 24 ultra/iphones/my usb cords etc blamed. Very cold rubber controls no respond quickly. The very first time saw the 'rubber buttons' I said hated. Was not told about them. Was clear wanted climate control stay on screen. He said 'hv to 'feel' if air,outsidevent,temp,defrost,hot cold. Ashley states would help then 'nope' not her department. Busy
Took to HomerSkelton chevy&ford "this is messed up, go bck to caldwell, we cannot fix third party" also soundwaves estimate fix 3000+.
They(caldwell) seemd nice but always put me off. Was tryin to correct a prob from another install. Bad exposed wiring that left me without bckup lights,taillights,drained battery.
Traded in for new suv w nice screen etc.
Must have heat air vents control defrost to drive saftely, wanted maps calls etc

I have been dealing with Cody since 2022 on all audio for my vehicles . Subs , radios , etc . They are amazing people and very knowledgeable on what you put infront of them . Will still continue to use them

Top Notch products, service and installation provided here! All the techs here are very knowledgeable. Can not recommend this place enough! We travel almost an hour just to bring our vehicles here, because they provided such great service with our first vehicle years ago.
