Not sure how anyone had a bad experience with them. You used to just scan the barcode, fill out the info and boom Covid test is scheduled. You went into the line in that same moment and by the next day you’d have your results. Sometimes you’d get it within 48 hours but that was like during the height of Covid and everyone was sick

Worst customer service when asked for the broucher i provided the school one sent on email said they couldnt do anything about it because it was not on paper then i said well obiously my kid cant or myself go to the school when we might be posite obiously i cant go to a printing location were we can come in contact with other people what are we suppose to do . She looked pretty stupid and didnt say anything .

Well, It say free test for is due to state or federal covered the cost, why they still forward $308+ x 2 to my Tricare, which denied. I will go to VA test place next time.
