My son needed his laptop repaired so I scheduled an appointment with Ed. He was extremely professional, welcoming and kind. He took the laptop, looked it over and determined what the problem was, he advised me against repairing it as it was not cost efficient. I feel like he could have easily taken it in and performed the necessary repairs and charged me for them, but he went above and beyond and told me not to waste my time or money.
