Awesome place to work and grow. Management team is amazing. The space is beautiful and the team members are very collaborative. Diversity is embraced and authenticity is welcomed. Growth is encouraged as employees are empowered to create their own destiny and there is a wealth of support along the way. I highly recommend this organization. Extremely stressful. Horrible management. High turn over rate. They lost 4 entire team’s in a matter of 2 years. When they told me that they’re always hiring, that should’ve been my red flag. Run! Don’t walk! This company is not employee friendly nor are they supportive of their employee personal growth and development. 2 thumbs down.

I worked here and the turn-over rate was high. But then again, its HCSC. Good company to have insurance with, but a lousy company to work at.

Handicapped parking is horrible. Even when you find one there is a serious need for a ramp or two. I had to ask someone to help me get my chair up onto a curb.
