A dear friend was in need of printing her novella and I wanted help locate the best affordable price for her work. I made five calls: the library, two businesses, two Corporate-Chains around our Anderson County communities. The newest Corporate-Chain to North Clinton 3 x price and second C-C Oak Ridge 2 x price. C & D Publishing for black print page price 12c and asked about binding the project. This is why spending money, our most valuable resource, at local business is an investment. Which helps Anderson County area to enrich our lives in the communities and Corporations gain no profit. Quality paper supply for printing on resumes is very limited. I have been in this place two times. The people working there need some serious and intensive customer service training. They treat customers like they are a nuisance. I am appalled at the way they respond to customers, as well as myself. I think it must be from the top down, though; as I saw the owner or manager, staring down a customer who had a reasonable but unusual print request. If possible, I highly recommend going elsewhere. This place doesn't deserve customers.

I went in usually greeted with a smile not this time. I asked for copies she got my papers started making copies. Came back with you owe 11 dollars and some change I said it's only 10 cents per copy. I counted it should be six dollars and 90 cents. she said well I had to take the staples out first so I charged you extra. I said well I did not know that or I would have taken the staples out myself since it's not that hard to do. She said well I'll take that ten this time but next time I wont she ended up giving me two dollars back since she broke a sweat taking staples out of the papers before making copies 🙄
