Mya D. was fantastic and we loved our experience!! Neither of us had done OTP before and had a specific idea for a Victorian shoot for our pic. It was a full photoshoot speed-run in about an hour-ish, but was still given specialized time and input on costumes/poses and how they were edited. It was about $30 for the experience ($10 per person). We got all our proof/edits for around $250 (about 50 pics w/ printing rights) vs $20 for each individual pic. Totally worth it if you're wanting/expecting a full photoshoot experience!! They looked so professional and unique and was well worth the thumb drive for copy rights! The set was dressed amazingly detailed for the Christmas season!! For a tourist shop in the middle of an outdoor mall, Buster's and Mya's artistic eye killed it. My husband and I went to Branson for our 35th wedding anniversary and we knew we wanted to have old time photos taken because we had done it on our honeymoon. We stepped in Saturday evening and they were very busy, so we asked if they would be open the next day. Lawrence told us they would be and we said we'd come back then. The next day, we were there and waiting for them to unlock at 10. Lawrence remembered us and we got busy choosing what theme we wanted. We went with Bonnie & Clyde and had so much fun!! Our costumes were amazing and the whole experience made us feel like little kids playing dress-up and really getting into our characters! We went in figuring we'd get an 8×10 and ended up loving it all so much that we added the digital package! They were very professional and very fun to work with! We would 100% do it again, right there at the Landing!

What a great experience at Busters! Lawrence was our photographer and he was super fun, professional, engaging, respectful and extremely good at his profession. He made the experience something that me and my fiancé will never forget. He went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible! I wanted to share some feedback about our recent experience with your studio. While we love the photos we received, the overall experience left us with mixed feelings.

First, I want to commend the team member who checked us in (I didn’t catch her name, but she had long brown curly hair). She was engaging, personable, and made us feel welcome from the start.

However, the experience during the photo session was less enjoyable. While we understand that upselling is part of the process, the photographer’s comments about how I “must not love my husband” because I chose not to purchase certain photos were unnecessary and made me uncomfortable. Even after I explained my reasoning, the pushiness continued, which detracted from the experience.

Additionally, when we asked for local restaurant recommendations, the suggestions didn’t feel thoughtful or helpful. It felt like the interaction lacked the same personable care we experienced during check-in.

I hope this feedback helps your team improve the customer experience in the future. We did love our photos and see the potential for your studio to shine even brighter with a more balanced approach to sales and customer interactions.

PS. Double check your invoice because I was told our sitting fee was waived and once I started rejecting her upsells she tried to charge me what I had already paid for.
