In the ID section they are understaffed and not able to efficiently serve those who are in need of their services. I've never seen it like this. The personnel who are there are doing their best with what they have. I give them high marks for their efforts.

The stairs into the building are not friendly to retirees with bad knees but not bad enough for a wheelchair, they tell you on the phone you don't need an appointment, but then insist you do when you get there, and in addition their computers were down so now we have to drive another 100 mile trip to come back.
