It's ridiculous that you can't ever talk to anyone like you used to. You're told to get an appointment or go online, and online would be great if everything worked and didn't get you through an entire application only to have some error message in the captcha box verifying you're a human and then kicked back out and forced to start from the beginning all over again and again and again to the infinite power. I think that's crap for disabled people that's income won't get better and that's never going to be physically or mentally able to work. Then after nobody can get anything done online and the waiting on the phone or for anyone to respond is another nightmare. What needs to happen is the offices need to open up, have employees again and eliminate the idiocy of the automated crap and go back to the way it was only with a uncongested online possibility for people that want to deal with it. I want to fill out the crap turn in a copy of my disability document, negative bank balance, and medical receipts and get an answer one way or another and go about my day. Not stuck in the phone getting frustrated and ticked off to the point I want to strangle the automated voice or break my phone or a computer because people are incapable of working in the office. It's inconvenient and a bunch of BS

Very slow sat down at the office for 4 hours and out of that 4 hours I only seen them call 1 person back.

If I read one more article that suggests there aren't enough foster providers bc of the low pay, I'm going to explode. We don't care about the money, we just don't want to be abandoned or treated poorly by Children's Division. When people ask me if I enjoyed or would recommend fostering, I have to say no. Not bc of the kids or the pay. I couldn't in good conscience recommend that anyone enter a situation in which they'd be treated badly by those who are supposed to be their partners/peers. It's toxic.

They send me a letter requesting information from me but I was on hold for 90 minutes yesterday with Social Services in Jefferson City and I finally hung up because no one would answer the darn phone.

Today, I called My dsouri Family Support Division three separate calls and again no one answers the freaking phone.

Zero human contact with this organization. Customer service sucks royally.

Had to deal with a Christopher Perkins up on the 3rd floor for abuse and neglect of the disabled this week, did not like what I felt there I should have felt in a comfort zone but it was not at all that way I suggest going to other resources instead of here in saint joseph for elder and disabled abuse claims felt like there was a misrepresentation of material facts going on and instead of being believed I felt like he wanted to turn it more towards my mental health…
