Took my truck for an alignment after a lift. Front tires just didn’t look right when I got it back home. Took it to another shop and yup, Bruns just did the toe and sent it out the door. Camber/caster wasn’t touched at all. Now I know for the future….. had good experiences with them before, but this was disappointing that it wasn’t done properly.

Drove into Eldon I was camping in the are. I found a screw in my tire and needed it fixed. Starting stopping at shops as I went into town. There was a long wait list at all them. Came to Bruns they got me right in. They where courteous and very nice. They got me fixed up quick and back on the road.

My favorite shop ever! These boys and Alice treat me so well. They greet me by name and always steer me in the right direction with my car problems. I have never been screwed over by them. Prices are cheaper than other and the quality of work is phenomenal. Jimmy is a great mechanic. I never go anywhere else. I get everything from tires to oil changes to front end and mechanical issues fixed. I recommend my family and friends to them anything they need work. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to get good, honest, quality car care!

Our family has been using Bruns’s Services for over four years and have always been very pleased with their work. They take care of all 5 of our cars and even our new editions. Very poor customer service. I asked the guy on the phone he said yes bring it in we can get you in pretty quick. I get here and this other guy is so rude to the point I almost put my spare on and went somewhere else. Will not be going to a business that treats customers very poorly! I just moved here and definitely will be looking for somewhere else next time.
