I called for a customer that came into Dollar Tree. She locked her keys in the vehicle. She called AAA, whom she has an account with. They were suppose to be on their way an hour and half later they called her back and said someone would be there with in the hr. I called Brooks lock & key he showed up and had the lady in her vehicle with in 15 minutes of calling them. I had to use the in Feb when my keys got locked in my car when I stopped at a gas station when I got off work at 11pm. They got out of bed and had me going again with in an hour of calling.

Ima FedEx driver and I have to say Absolutely the best lock smith in Alabama!!! They got my key right when other business couldn’t. Absolutely appreciate you guys and your work. Y’all are the best around I’d recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Check them out if you need a new key made low prices and great customer satisfaction!! 10/10 all the way around!

A little pricey for what they did however, for two stranded veteran senior citizens, they came within 5 minutes to unlock our car. The service man was very knowledgeable, cheerful and had us in our car and on our way In less than a minute. He even offered to take us to the shop to get a spare key made. I would highly recommend these folks if you're in a hurry and have ample cash in your wallet.

There aren't many stores like this left, so I'm glad I stumbled across this one. I needed a few door keys copied, which they handled with no issue, but while I was there, I asked about the cost of getting a duplicate key for my car because I only got one when I bought it. I was really just making conversation while my other keys were being cut, and they did give me a price, but then they went out of their way to make sure I knew all of the important things about my key fob, causing me to already have that tiny pair of pliers tucked away in my purse when I needed to use the actual key hidden inside the fob to open the door. Thanks, fellas. You saved the day, for real.
