This is not my first account but I definitely feel the most happy and comfortable with them. They always reply very fast to any issues I have. Great communication. I had them fix a past 2021 return that was a mess for me to do on my own. The IRS was asking for $33k from me in taxes and interest. They reduced it down to $3,250. Very happy about that. 2023 return was fast and no problems. They are very good at doing everything electronically which made things super easy to complete when I wasn't in town. I don't know what else you could ask for in an accountant.

My taxes are a nightmare, and Mr. McMillan and team knocked it out of the park like it was just another day.

I've no issues with sharing this publicly to illustrate how good this team was to work with:
I have a Kentucky license/home of record
A house, car, and business in Maryland
I live and work in California

To file something like 3 separate tax returns I paid something like ~$600. I received a refund of $2,155 this year.

I've used H&R block on base in the past, as well as TurboTax and other online options. At most I usually tend to break even. I'm not bad mouthing any of those services nor am I saying other CPAs suck; what I can confidently say is that I had a decidedly positive experience with Mr. McMillan and team.

They also certainly showed me far more patience than I deserved, as I was in the field or on a trip for way too long at a time and they were still not only professional but also willing to work with me.

If you're on the fence about using this service, don't be. This is the right one.
