Great service and extremely quick. I was going to toss my laptop and get a new one until I talked to Ellie. She said it probably needed a new battery.
Dropped it off and within 48 hours I had a new battery at a reasonable price with outstanding customer service. I was impressed that they called me so quickly to let me know it was in fact the battery, get permission to act and complete the job. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Honest people. I brought my old computer in bc it couldn’t hold a charge and my cord ripped that day so it wouldn’t even keep my computer on while plugged in. They luckily had a spare charger they let me borrow while I waited for the parts to come in. Saved me! I use that computer for work every day.

The parts came in, they installed it that day in less than an hour. They showed me it worked and I left happy. The next day this new battery wasn’t working…I took it back to them and they ordered another new battery and replaced it for free! You can tell they care and their prices are more than fair. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.
