Thought about putting my son in one of the programs here but when we took a tour there was one particular male that gave us the creeps while we were walking this place. The younger college aged gentleman that helped us and walked us around was very polite and professional but the other guy really gave me the sense that it was not a good idea to have my kid be there for hours of the day in the care or presence of that person. I was truly bummed out that my kid would not be taking advantage of this program because I was really looking forward to it. We would walk into one room and that person would enter the room we had just walked out of. He was tracing our steps as we did the tour. My wife expressed her concern and it just confirmed what I had noticed. As I said I wish I could have signed my kid up but it was a no go for us. 3 stars for the programs they offer but 1 star for cringe experience. Overall 2 stars

I went to the place hoping to find fun, educational and exciting activities for my kids. I was met by about 6 staff members just sitting and eating at the front desk. I asked about what programs they offered and most looked confused, the one who did answer said I should look online. The place was empty and not one of them could get up from their seat to make sure we left with information. This has happened on more than one occasion. I want to like this place, it looks great. The staff needs to be trained better and work on being more engaging with the community.
