When my Keystone Astoria was less than a year old our furnace did not work. I pulled into Burbon RV on the way back to St. Louis and the tech fixed my furnace on the spot. Fabulous Service, highly recommend Burbon RV.

Two week Trailer rental was great from start to finish! Delivery on time. Set up perfectly. Walk through thorough. Pickup on time. Most importunately was the great customer service. From rental to drop off to pick up, all the guys were so friendly. Well definitely rent with them again!

Bourbon RV provided exceptional assistance with our Lippert Schwintec slide which malfunctioned and luckily was part of an existing service bulletin covering replacement costs. The service department immediately said they can work with Lippert and make the necessary repairs for us. (Note-this was not the comment we heard from other dealerships.)

Recently moved to the area and had an issue with my travel trailer (which was purchased from another dealer) and all the folks in the service department at Bourbon RV treated me like gold. For my convenience, they tried to fix my problem while I was there, but to no avail, so I left the trailer with them, thinking it might be there awhile. To my surprise, they texted me later in the day said it was fixed and ready to pick up. Now, that’s service! I will definitely be back, and I highly recommend the service department.

My wife and I went to buy a fifth wheel straight out with no payment. Saleman shown us a couple of nice looking fifth wheels. We found one we like and was very happy with the price, 2018 Jayco Eagle 28.5rst fifth wheel. It is very nice fifth wheel and one of the worker told us it was one of the best one on the lot. They showed us how to work everything inside and out, taught us how to put it on our hitch to the truck very nice people. Ok here is way we are disappointed when start to used our heat the light would flicker every time the heat comes on. Our maintenance guy said bad wiring. We only have the RV for one month and had to buy a brand new refrigerator which cost us $1500. Lost some food also because of that. A month later buying a brand new water heater cost us a $1000 to get it fix. One of the best RVs on the lot I would hate to see your worst RVs on the lot. Not to mention when my wife and I asked the saleman and mechanic if our pickup truck was able to pull this RV they told us it would, but everyone here at my camp ground tell us that the truck we have should be pulling this RV because trying to pull something at this size I would be paying an arm and leg to buy a transmission from my truck everything I turn around. This was my wife and I first time buying an RV and we didn't have a whole lot of knowledge to some part of buying a RV I just wish dealers can be honest and just tell the truth about things. It's a nice looking RV but I just which I didn't have to fix things so quickly. We bought the RV in December and we already paid almost $3000 in repairs already. SMH

Work done quickly and at a fair price. Very helpful when dropping off and pickup. They are about 75 minutes away but I will make them my provider of choice now
