I wish there was a way to give - stars beyond terrible service they send off bills late and shut your water off to where you have to give them 75$ for a reconnect fee which is same thing as shutting it off as turning it back on its all a racket for them $$$

To be honest, this company doesn’t even deserve one star they’re bad about sending out the bills and not giving notice before they shut your water off definitely moving out of the city of Bourbon and will never come back 🤣
