Horrible customer service. Avoid entirely. Try Orscheln Farm & Home or another hardware store in Boonville. Prices too high, staff not trained well. I try to buy from local to help the small retailors out, but since the don't value their customers, I will stop paying the outrages prices and shop elsewhere. Final straw: I bought a few 3/8" fittings and once I was at the job site, I realized I needed 1/2". When I went back to the store to pay the difference and get the 1/2", they refused to take the parts back even thought they were never installed and in the same new condition as when I picked them up. Their excuse was I didn't have a receipt--I didn't get one. I even discussed options with the clerk I bought from originally and she said there were no options without a receipt, even though she remembered me buying the items. Ridiculous expensive waste of time.

Our family members have shopped at the Boonville hardware store since they opened a couple of years ago. The staff is friendly knowledgeable and the materials and supplies that they have a reasonably priced and we will continue to shop with this facility.
