They're automated system is bullshit told me that they would call within 3 days and it's been 6 days and I haven't had one missed call. Let alone the simple fact that if you call this place you get a robot that's stupid. How are you as a worker paid to pick up the phone & too stupid to do so? I don't understand!!!!!

95% of the workers are ignorant and don’t honestly care about your needs. They’ll hang up if they feel even slightly inconvenienced and decided after I updated my pay as I dropped in pay from switching jobs they went ahead and dropped the amount I get by $500 not sure how I was making more money and receiving more but now that I make less I receive less? Makes 0 sense and maybe pull your head from your puckered ass

I’ve called countless times since October trying to get my children’s insurance back on (they closed it by accident, I was told) and still have no insurance yet it’s only suppose to take 30 days to process Well we’re way over 30 days. As it’s now damn near March! I’ve spent hours on hold trying to talk to someone 5.5 hours just today. I’ve tried online chat just for me to sit there for 30 minutes and then it randomly says that I didn’t respond!!?!? When the page never changed? How does that make sense? Absolutely useless

I handed in my medicaid application in person in August and called two months later to check on my status and found out I do not have a pending application. So what the hell did they do with the application I handed in in person What garbage help this place is…

The automated line is infuriating and does not help. I had no choice but to go in person as there was no way to get ahold of a person.

The ladies there were very helpful and positive, it's always somewhat stressful making sure you have everything you need (req paperwork bills ect.) together to insure that you have all the documents to qualify you for the benefits you are applying for. The ladies there were extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with and had empathy for those of us not doing so well and in need of assistance. Overall my wait time was minimal and interacting with these government employees help put me at ease. I was extremely grateful for all their help and also for being so personable with me in my time of need.
Much thanks to all of them

Literally no way to contact them over the phone. Super disappointed at how they're handling the phone lines.

Usually I have an OK experience here but it seems anytime I need to go in, there’s a mean old man with white hair that is always grouchy. I get it. I worked in customer service for 9 years. But he is unnecessarily rude to all that approach the front desk, even to those that are generally nice and have good manners. It’s already unpleasant enough having to walk in there.
