My sweet boy had a urinary obstruction and needed treatment. They saw him and immediately gave pain medicine to make him comfortable before coming in and addressing different treatment options and pricing. They were compassionate and very thorough with discharge education. When I called the next day with questions and additional requests they listened to me, once again explained their rationale and everything in detail, and were so so good. They are expensive, but what emergency service isn’t? If your animal needs treatment after hours I highly recommend them. We aren’t out of the woods with my cat, but I can confidently say without BluePearl he wouldn’t be here today. Thank you again.

Excellent place and staff especially Dr Luginbill and Cam with rehab. They take care of our German Shepherd with love and care. The hospital has every possible specialist available and they have saved our boy’s life once by doing a very crucial surgery. We trust them and so does our boy.

I'll start off with the positives which are the staff treated me kindly and we were seen promptly. Unfortunately, I was robbed of $800 when they didn't take the time to properly diagnose my pet. Instead, I was sold on expensive lab work which in fact could've been avoided if they simply checked his body like they said they did to find the massive tick on his neck that gave him a tick born disease. Unfortunately, it was my own Cedar Grove Vet clinic that found the tick the following morning when my lil guy was on death's door and I needed him to be seen ASAP. It took them all of 5 seconds to properly determine what was taking place, remove the tick, provide long lasting antibiotics and give him fluid for the dehydration. The cost at my clinic for all this? $130. Shame on this Blue Pearl clinic for robbing me and not taking the time to do an exam which I was charged for. I did speak to someone on the phone regarding my dissatisfaction and she really had no interest in hearing from me. No resolution, no partial refund for the exam, no apology...nothing but silence. Now I am here on Yelp trying to get my own resolution to my dissatisfaction by letting others know to be careful and to proceed with caution. I will avoid this hospital in the future and travel a bit farther to the hospital in Grafton if my pet needs to be seen outside of normal business hours.

They were amazing with my German Shepard Gabby, she was very constipated and very backed up, they made sure she was asleep and wouldn't feel anything to unclog her, they went above and beyond what they had to do as far as her treatment, thank you for all the caring and kindness everyone of ya'll showed. Would definitely recommend this vets office!!!

I brought my Chloe in at 9pm on a Friday night. She had gotten bitten by something and her right eye was swollen shut and the right side of here face. The took her right in. Choke was so hyper and scared and would not calm down. So they came and got me and put me in a room with for her to calm down, which she did almost right away. The doctor and her aide were amazing. You can really feel the love for animals all around that hospital. Chloe is all better now. And I felt the cost was not to bad considering it was a 24/7 hospital. I found it pretty reasonable.

I have taken my cat for follow-up with Oncology twice during the pandemic. They have a system for getting pets in and out safely. The staff is just as friendly and courteous as ever. Both of my visits were efficient. My first visit included my car not wanting to start---they kept my kitty inside where it was cool until I could leave.

It is nice to have veterinary service that is reliable and consistent. I am very pleased with the care my kitty is getting from Dr. Reiman and all the staff at Lakeshore. I have also brought my cats in previously for emergency surgery and other Oncology treatment. Yes, services are a bit pricey but Lakeshore has everything you would want including advanced technology to take care of your pet. In addition their communication about your pet's condition and treatment is superior.

I feel like we (us personally as well as our community) are very lucky to have experts like the doctors and staff at Blue Pearl. Our dog became so very sick and had to spend 36 hours there under their care which helped tremendously in her ability to recover. I’m not sure what would have happened without the experts here. I would like to say the staff was not only amazing but also very calming. I am a person who loves my animals so dearly and I was a mess bringing my sweet kitty in and they honestly were beyond impressive and professional. Would highly recommend for any animal emergency you ever have! Thank you so much for taking care of not just my kitty but my feelings as well!
