Ive had very good experiences with the customer service line. I just bought a house and needed bills switched over and was given some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. Internet never has issues either and I work from home!

I’ve had service now for a year and never have any issues. I lay my bill up for the year and go on with my day. I’ve never even had to call them aside from when we had a storm and it knocked my service out. I NEVER have issues with my service. It never buffers or lags. It’s way better than what I’ve had in the past with other providers.

The Worst Internet Provider Around!
You don’t Argue with your own customers, when they have issues weekly and pay $100 (for a half Gig ) that shuts down once a week due to “updates”
They claim any other company has issues like their own. I can confirm
Epb fiber never went out on me once in the three years I lived in Chattanooga.
If there was anyone else to do our service we would!

The service is not that great. Our television goes out nearly every night. It is a quick off and back on most of the time but is always in the middle of a show. We also lose service for an extended time nearly every week but due to them owning the rights to this area they're the best choice over satellite.

Fiber is weak and they don’t install it securely be careful if you have pets they charge 80 dollars to fix and won’t even take the time to make sure it doesn’t happen again by running the line higher or putting something to block their weak wire terrible service and attitude given when asking for their terrible service

This cooperative has been here in Dunlap since the 1950’s. They brought in internet during the 90’s, and now for almost 30 years, they still can’t get it right. Great employees but terrible internet on top of being a monopoly. Now if they had some actual competition come in, I think things would be different.

3 Year later updated.
Their amazing "fiber" is still trash. I have constantly had drops in service all the time. Just tried to play a game for the first time in years, their service dropped 4 TIMES! You should be ashamed of yourselves claiming it's the best when you charge so much while providing awful service.

The only way they have any ratings above a 1 star, is family and friends being nice. No other real company is allowed in, so they offer some of the worst service of any company I've ever come across.

The service is horrible. The normal workers are great, but the people who run it and make decisions are terrible.

It's so bad, I would move if I could. The "real" rating should be a one. But with small town politics, what can you do?

Oh, and fiber is less than a mile down the road from me, but they won't come this way. Because I'm not "important" enough.

Literally, the worst internet provider on the planet.
