I will use Mike’s services again. He responded to my phone call and request for an appointment promptly. Mike, the owner of BitWise, is outstanding! I have already recommended his services to several of my friends and I feel confident that he will be able to help them quickly and efficiently. Mike is dedicated and resourceful. He is fast to reply and offers excellent customer service and solutions. I feel comfortable having him in my home and taking my computer. While I am high-strung and nervous about computer matters generally, Mike was a calming force and very patient. I will not hesitate to call or text him when a tech matter arises - big or small - because I know that he will respond promptly in a caring, respectful, and helpful manner!

Mike was so responsive to help us with our problem. We were trying to set up a scanner with our computer to create a digital family scrapbook and we couldn’t t figure out what the problem was. Mike was able to look at our system that same day and figure out the problem and we were able to press on with our project. He was professional, courteous and his fees were very reasonable. We appreciated Mike’s computer knowledge and would definitely call on him again and definitely recommend him to others!

My (old) primary computer died unexpectedly, and I had not backed it up recently. I’d never been to his shop before, but the reviews seemed positive, and he was nearby. Mike has a small one-man shop, and he is personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and above all, conveys honesty. He makes you feel like you have a friend in the computer-repair business. He advised that parts would be difficult to find, possibly expensive, and might not do the trick....maybe better to get a new unit. I asked for advice on makes and models for my needs. After looking online, I asked Mike if he had any refurbished computers. Boom! Mike sold me a used computer with twice the capacity of my old unit, salvaged ALL of my files, made it dual-boot (Windows/Linux), and it was still much cheaper than buying even the cheapest unit on-line. After dealing with large and impersonal repair shops...and being frustrated by them...it was great to find someone who cares about the customer, does great work, for a fair price.

Mike is great. Super knowledgeable,great service and does great work, would not hesitate to bring my laptop back here. He cleaned the keyboard when I spilled a beer on it but it was still sticky so he ordered a replacement and credited the 2 hours of cleaning he did towards the labor of installing the new keyboard!

We were at our wits end with cox communications and our ever lasting internet issues. Mike came out quickly and took the job very personally. He got us up and running as fast as he could.
