I purchased BIT in Jan. 2025 after spending several months researching other softwares for my golf cart dealership. Within 2 weeks of signing up with BIT I did not feel like the program was beneficial to our business as myself along with all of my employees struggled with learning the system. There was way too many steps you had to take just to enter data, do an invoice, or look up an item. The system is very confusing and not user friendly. Ben and Gavin both who helped me spoke every quickly, and during zoom calls would move so quickly between screens it was hard to flow. Gavin would send me hours of videos to watch, but again those videos skipped around a lot and were not easy to follow. I ask Ben and Gavin about giving me a portion of my money back for the program and they refused. I was told by Gavin that I could have signed up for a one month trail, but I denied it. I was never offered that. I even asked him to send me the paperwork where I signed off on not doing the one month trail. He never did that because it was not an option. They also charged me $700 for a texting program that I never got. They refused to give me back the money for this as well. I asked to speak with a manager and that never happened. As a business owner I go above and beyond to make sure my customers are happy. I guess this company is not worried about good google reviews and doing the right thing.

We've been using BIT DMS for about 3 1/2 months now with our new golf cart dealership and it's been great. The system is very user friendly and pretty easy to catch on to. We've had great support also. Definitely a DMS to consider if you are looking.

We have been with BiT now for about 2.5 years. Our initial consult was with the owner of the company! How amazing is that? Almost unheard of now a days. Every time we have an issue the customer service team jumps right in and if they are unsure of the correct answer they ask if they can either email you or call you back to get you taken care of properly. We absolutely LOVE BiT!

I started with Bit about 5 months ago for our golf cart dealership and have seen such an improvement in our business. We're a small company and I was looking for a system that is made for a golf cart dealership and I found it in Bitdms. The support and organization in Bit has been a huge step from use Quickbooks. Took about a month to train and implementation. Between the parts, service and sales end of Bit, it really organized our organization to have a better flow. As for customer service, it's outstanding! My rep Ben has been a huge help and he stays on top of his customers to make sure we receive the help needed. If I have questions, there's a help button, I can call or send an email and the responses come in quick and thorough. I also like that I can use Bit when I'm not at the office, compared to the other competitors.
Overall, I'm impressed with the company and the system they put together.
