Mai is an exceptional customer service rep. She was so helpful and informative . While this one won’t work out because I will be traveling , I will participate in the future. . When a company has great customer service reps who call you back and answer questions it shows that the company cares about what they are doing a presenting. Don’t waste your time … These ppl and their sponsors are unprofessional and they don’t care about their participants well being…. And they don’t pay you on time… you can do everything they ask of you and somehow they can never do their easy part by paying you your money on time… whoever is on payroll needs to be fired!!!!
